International Opportunities For Growth
Initially our focus is in Germany, where we have an established management platform and a portfolio of 300 commercial properties comprising approximately 15.2 million square feet of Gross Leasable Area (GLA). Going forward, we will also be looking for accretive acquisition opportunities in countries with a liquid market for real estate investments, a legal framework that provides adequate rights and protections for property owners and a manageable foreign investment regime.
