Jane Gavan

Chief Executive Officer

Jane Gavan has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, in all aspects of the business including capital markets, financing, transactions, development and leasing. In addition to her role as CEO of Dundee International REIT in which she is responsible for executing corporate strategy and all major corporate, financing and real estate transactions, she is also a Principal of Dundee Real Estate Asset Management. Ms. Gavan previously served as senior legal counsel to Oxford Properties Group, Inc., one of Canada's largest real estate owners and managers. Prior to joining Oxford Properties Group, Inc., Ms. Gavan was in private legal practice with one of Canada's largest law firms, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, specializing in real estate and corporate finance. She holds a business degree from Carleton University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall, York University.

RENE GULLIVER

Chief Financial Officer

Rene Gulliver has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, business development and operations. As the Chief Financial Officer of Dundee International REIT he is responsible for the company’s financial oversight. Prior to joining Dundee International REIT, Mr. Gulliver held progressive positions at Cushman & Wakefield Inc., including the position of Chief Financial Officer Americas from January 2010 to December 2012, responsible for financial oversight for the United States, Mexico, South America as well as Canada. Prior to joining Cushman, Mr. Gulliver held positions as the Chief Executive Officer at Intercon Security and the Chief Financial Officer of Royal LePage Limited. Mr. Gulliver started his career at Price Waterhouse, specializing in international mergers and acquisitions and financings. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a business degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Doug Quesnel

CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Doug Quesnel has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of financial management, financial reporting, taxation and corporate administration. He is Chief Accounting Officer of Dundee International REIT, responsible for accounting, financial reporting, currency management, treasury and taxation. Mr. Quesnel previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Dundee International REIT and held progressive positions at Dundee Realty Corporation. Between 1999 and 2003, he was Director of Finance of CanWest Publications Inc., then the largest newspaper publisher in Canada. Prior to 1999, Mr. Quesnel worked for Robin Hood Multifoods Inc. and began his career in 1991 at Ernst & Young. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University.
